The product has 3 months manufacture warranty after the purchase date.
If the product becomes defective, please notify Customer Service immediately. Please be prepared to provide the order number or warranty document. The consumer should always keep the order number for any future references.
We will issue a “Return Authorization Number” to you. Please follow the shipping instructions given to you for returning defective product. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for the return.
The product will be inspected and repaired by our technician. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace a new product for you at no additional cost.
Incheon Group (USA) reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products that are damaged which caused by accident, abuse, misuse, experiment, self-repair, incorrect installation, water, flood, fire, other acts of nature or external causes.
Wear and tear from normal daily use including rust, stain, surface scratch or any surface damaged
Any missing parts found after 7 days of the purchase date.
Any modification to the product
Any modification to and/or removing the product serial number
